Sewing Instructions
Collect 48 deep dark 3 1/2" squares that you have cut and 48 Clear light 3 1/2" squares. There will be 12 deep dark ones left over, put aside for now. 
Join these together in pairs by chain piecing them through your machine. This saves on thread and time! Refer diagram 1.
